How we compute this
Each answer adds points to one area (0 = good, 3 = bad). The area with the highest percentage is your bottleneck; on a tie, the one that hits money faster wins. The maths above uses only the numbers you gave. We do not compare your business with averages we cannot prove. Method version: v1 (2026-09-17).

What it measures and what it doesn't
How money moves through your business and where it leaks: whether the sale gets documented, whether you know who owes you, whether you know your inventory, whether the register balances and in how many places the information lives. It does not measure your marketing or your "mindset".
We share the questions, the thresholds and the formula. If you screenshot the result and never come back, the tool did its job. The one thing we don't do is invent averages: every number comes from what you answered.
